Youth CSS Program

  • 5-week sessions: Session 1 November 20th to December 21st, Session 2 January 15th to February 15th.
  • Available to players ages 7-15
  • 1x weekly for $129/session or twice a week for $229/session
  • Sessions are offered Monday through Thursday evenings 5:15pm-8:30pm (Specific schedules will be shared with each age group. Players will be assigned days to attend each week.)
  • Sessions will be 75 minutes in length and will include 30 minutes of speed & agility and 45 minutes of soccer skills

Youth speed & agility sessions will include change of direction, acceleration, strength and injury prevention. Skills sessions will include finishing, one vs one, feel of the ball, first touch and open play.

Each CSS group will consist of 12-14 players to allow for maximum individual improvement. Teams of 10 or more players can train as their own group if requested. Individual participants can request specific days and session times and the CSS staff will do their best to accommodate.

Cincinnati Sirens Winter Academy 2023-24

  • Starts December 11th and runs through February 8th.
  • Sessions include individual skills, speed & agility, plus small-sided games.
  • The program includes 8 games in the Premier Arena Soccer League against womens teams in the region.
  • The program includes training with Sirens 1st team, 4-time National Champions.
  • The program includes Sunday afternoon 5 v 5 Indoor League.
  • The program includes 3 training sessions a week for 8 weeks (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings). Not mandatory that each player attends all 3 sessions.
  • The program includes 3 Sirens training kits.

Cost is $399 for 8 weeks of training (3 times a week), PASL league, 5 v 5 league, plus 3 training kits.
